What we collect, and why.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you fill in our interest form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email, city or region, field, and how you'd like to be involved.

Registry lookups. When you verify a credential, the search runs in your own browser against our published registry file. We don't receive or store what you type.

Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP addresses and browser type to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and keep you posted about the things you asked about, such as becoming an examiner or hearing when exams open in your field. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run this site.

Services we use

• Our interest form is handled by Formspree, which emails your submission to us and stores it in our private account.
• Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for them.
• Our website is hosted by Porkbun.

Your choices

Email team@maxwellrich.com at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep form submissions until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When we launch examinations, we'll publish full terms and a fuller privacy policy here. We'll update the date at the top whenever this notice changes.
